About the Home
The Spot is our laid-back beachfront escape. With the beach right out front and the river just steps away, it’s the kind of home designed for slow mornings, salty afternoons, and a whole lot of together time.
Living Area
The open-plan living area features a large, comfy lounge with ocean views, a smart TV (guests can log in to their own streaming accounts), a record player and a reading nook for when you are feeling the call to slow down.
Dining Area
The dining area includes a table for shared meals, with trestles available if you need extra space or want to take dinner outside and dine under the stars.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open, large and has all the essentials — a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine — but please note there is no dishwasher.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms (both in good working order) that retain their original, slightly dated charm. One has a bathtub and there is also one separate toilet.
Laundry
You’ll have a combo washer–dryer (the dryer works but takes its time!) as well as a clothesline down the side for quick drying in the coastal breeze.
Outdoors
The backyard opens straight onto the beach and the river is only steps away. Next door is a vacant block of crown land with a shady tree that kids can use as a little park.
Where You'll Sleep
The Spot at Wooli is listed for up to 12 guests; however, the space is best suited to a maximum of 8 adults. There’s plenty of flexibility for families or mixed groups — for example, 8 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults and 6 kids works comfortably. Anything above 8 adults simply won’t suit the layout or sleeping arrangements due to the bunk beds.
